Where to go in January for a warm holiday?

As the title says...where could we go in January for a short break for a bit of warmth?

Other requirements:

• flight 4/5hr max from London
• kid friendly location
• not extortionate costs

We'd look at either Airbnb or hotel options,

I took mine to Costa Adeje in Tenerife , temperature was in the 20s. Lovely fairly upmarket resort, lot’s of 4/5 star hotels . Resort is very child family, trampolines on the beach it also has an amazing water park and wildlife park, kids loved it.
