Port de Pollenca or other European holiday with teens

Thinking of Port de Pollenca (never been but heard good things) as we'd like to be walking distance to bars/restaurants.

Hate SC but might have to this year as long as I'm not cooking! Any recommendations on where to stay?

Or any other places in Europe for that matter? We're quite open to ideas!

Pollenca is lovely! I stayed in playa mar. You can follow the pine walks into the town. There is lots of bars and restaurants. Really enjoyed staying here.

It's lovely! Alcudia (ten minutes up the coast) is also great. Loads to do, especially on the water - paddle boarding, boat trips etc and a really nice vibe.

@DeePlume did you stay in a hotel ?

@itssquidstella could you recommend somewhere to stay in Alcudia?

Thank you!

It is nice for a family friendly safe holiday, with lots of food options and a decent beach.
It's not the best if you want an authentic or cultured holiday, just to bare in mind.

Yes playa mar is the hotel name!

Thanks for recommendations - and more? I'm looking at SC options but would prefer a hotel but teens need more space so apartment probably best but near restaurants for eating out!
Alcudia looks good!

Puerto Azu’s rooms are conveyed apartments. There’s a bedroom on and a living room with table & chairs and a sofa that converts. Means there’s a bit more space than a usual hotel room and you get a fridge for the all important snacks and drinks.

Location is great - a short walk to the beach and sea front and also the main square. Both have plenty of restaurants

if you’re there in peak holiday season, there are usually plenty of other families for teens to make friends.
