First choice impossible to contact

I literally just want to know if we have to take a travel cot or not. Does anyone know? Their chatbot seems to be frozen. I emailed last week - no response. Their phones are impregnable (aaaaaargh). I am travelling with a six month old. Will there be travel cots at the hotel? Thanks!!

You might be better off contacting the hotel?
I've only been abroad once with a baby needing a travel cot and there was one already set up for us in the room

KangarooKenny · 25/04/2022 08:29

Email the hotel directly.

Wilfulchaos · 25/04/2022 09:39

I can't find any contact details for the hotel anywhere. They all lead back to First Choice...

Have you Googled the hotel ?

Wilfulchaos · 25/04/2022 11:36

@KangarooKenny Yes, I have googled the hotel. All the contact details lead back to First Choice, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to them.

Are FC on FB?

TruffleShuffles · 25/04/2022 12:44

Could you ask in the q&a section for the hotel on trip advisor? Usually someone from the hotel responds and if not a previous guest might.

Wilfulchaos · 25/04/2022 14:24

Oh that's a good idea, @TruffleShuffles I've never travelled with First Choice before, and I am so hoping things improve...

Jesus Christ - First Choice is absolutely crap. Now their online check in is crashing repeatedly - telling you to ring a number that cuts you off before it gets answered. Leaving tomorrow. Dreading it. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
