can you travel to the USA as soon as you’ve had your 3rd booster jab ,?

I went to the US a fortnight ago, I’d already had my third jab a while before but I think there’s a minimum time after you need to wait, it’s on the .gov website.
You need to do a private LFT 24hrs before you fly as well.

If you mean a booster jab re number three, this is not a requirement for entry into the USA. He needs to be fully vaccinated I.e he has had both primary and secondary injections. These should have been given a minimum of two weeks before entry into the USA.
he will indeed need a lateral flow test done either supervised by a medical person or in clinic the day before departure. He will also need to complete an ESTA (electronic authorisation form).

If he’s a US citizen he doesn’t need to be vaxxed.
If he’s a visitor, he doesn’t need the booster, as others have correctly said, just at least two weeks since last shot. And of course you still need a negative test to get in, whether you are a citizen or a visitor.
