We were meant to go to Japan pre baby /pre pandemic

Decided to replan to go in September this year with or 1 year old

Had an epic 2 week plan in place travelling round a bit

However Japan is still not open to tourists and it still has no exit stratagy it looks like - so im thinking we may have to switch up our plans!

Any ideas where we should go?

We are fairly adventurous - have already had her on 20 different flights since she's been born (my parents live a short flight away) and shes been to greece and spain and Norway for holidays.

No long haul yet - but we are fine with it and think she can handle it - if its a disaster we can cope (it's just one bad day out of your life right hahaah)

I'm thinking the trip needs to be more of a place where there are cities to explore as well as some places to relax - not a lazy beach holiday (baby loves being out and about an enjoys the city!)

:)

Sorry I know it’s not what you’re asking but she’s one year old and she’s already been on 20 flights? With covid in the mix too? Maybe try to find a holiday you can reach by train / ferry etc?
