City break in November
TheBodyPiercer · 14/04/2022 14:21
Looking for suggestions on somewhere to go in November.
We loved Rome so ideally somewhere similar would be nice, we however didn't particularly enjoy Prague.
We usually do long haul beach type holidays so I'm always at a loss when it comes to city breaks.
We're not ones for just casually strolling around and enjoying a coffee, we like to have plenty of things to see and do, the guided tour of the Vatican for example was one of our favourite things in Rome.
Thank you

Yes Seville. We went at New Year. Glorious weather and fabulous city.

Florence. Lovely time of year to go as the crowds have all disappeared.
Not sure if covid has affected things but BA used to fly direct to Florence (not Pisa) from London City.

We've visited Venice twice in November, much quieter than in the summer and if you go towards the end of the month they have little Christmas markets in some of the beautiful squares. Still warm enough to sit outside (in coats!) and have coffee.

Thank you everyone. Seville seems like it may be a good shout but I'll check everywhere out.
