Whats Leeds Bradford like at the moment for queues due to fly tomorrow

Just this really what is Leeds Bradford like at the moment? It says arrives 3 hours before if I arrive 4 hours before will we be stood in a queue for an hour first and is that enough time or too much time please?

It depends what time you're flying. Early mornings are worse than afternoon flights at the moment (in my experience).

Well, do check when bag drop opens, because there is no point in getting there 3 or 4h before, if the desk doesn’t open until 2h before (typical with short haul flights).

The airports looking so crowded right now is in part due to people arriving there hours in advance, in panic after watching the news, and contributing to the unnecessarily long lines.

We flew last Friday at 3.40pm, were through security & bag drop in under 30 mins, bit annoying as we arrived 3 hours before & had paid for fast track!

So you paid to get through quickly. You got through quickly.

Was the annoyance because you’d have liked to have seen others stuck in massive queues?

How awful you sound

We flew out no problems at all airport was chaos free. We arrived just over three hours early and had plenty of time.

We flew out last Saturday (i.e. a week ago). Similar to what another poster has said, the morning flights are the worst. We were the third flight of the day - 6.20 am. Arrived two and a half hours before take off, bag drop fine but only just made it through the security queue in time to board and that was with Fast Track.

Meaning it was so quiet, fast track wasn't necessary. Assuming I'm being nasty, how strange!
