We're do you book your villas?

Thinking about next year's holiday!! I like to plan ahead! Thinking maybe Greece for 10 days. Just wondering is self catering or hotel is best.
With a villa I'd like to be near town not isolated and have a pool. Were is the best site to take a look, what's been your experience?

We use vrbo but my ideal would be a villa with a pool in a town but haven’t found this yet. Best villas we have found are in los mojones, puerto del carmen, lanzarote. If you find a good place in Greece please shout.

We tend to use booking.com. The filters are pretty good narrowing options down to get a shortlist pretty easily.
