My nhs covid vax info is in my married name and passport and ticket in maiden name. Will take my marriage certificate to show both names. However, just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and was marriage cert enough? Thanks

I'm in the same situation! I've read your GP surgery can change your name on the covid pass? Will check with mine after the long weekend

I had this issue - had to go change my name at the doctors so my covid pass matched my passport. The changed it back again when we got back from holiday

Not gone away yet. Will try Drs to see if they will change name. Thanks

I just took my marriage certificate in October last year, nobody questioned it!

I have this! Always take my marriage certificate with me. It’s been asked for 1 time in about 10.

Those that have used just marriage certificate, was anyone travelling to USA?

MagicMatilda · 01/05/2022 17:50

Yes, twice with no issues. Malta was the only place who questioned it but was fine after I showed the marriage cert.

There was a post about this last week, I'm sure people said it was fine when they took their marriage certificate. I will say though, nobody looked closely at our covid pass last week when we travelled - it was checked in a separate queue after the passport control and they only gave it a cursory glance!
