TUI covid declaration?

I am due to fly with TUI tomorrow and the app is saying I need to complete a covid declaration 24 hrs before departure. I have tried to do it but it just sends me back to the home page.

I have completed the health control form and have my QR codes as well as covid passes. Has anyone else flown with TUI recently and was this extra declaration actually needed?

We went to mainland Spain last week , we filled in the location forms 48 hours beforehand on our phones and the authorities scanned the QR code on my phone after going through the passport control. They didn't say anything about the vaccine papers or even ask to look at them.

This was a tui holiday

Great, thank you! It did seem a bit odd needing to do another declaration after getting covid passes and doing the locator form, like 'what is there left to say?'

we just did the spanish form and showed QR code for lanzarote a few weeks ago with TUI. They were spot checking vaccine docs at the spanish airport. we had paper copies of things as it was quicker and worried about apps crashing. I cannot get TUI app to work at all,
