Hand luggage in a fiat 500

DH and I are going on an Italian road trip for 3 weeks this summer. But DH has expressed a desire to do this in Fiat 500 convertible. Can anyone tell me how much luggage I'll be able to fit into the boot of one of these? At the moment we're booked with easyjet small carry on bags, plus a large cabin bag each, but I just wanted to check if 2 cabin bags would actually fit into the boot and not be visible. Cabin bags are the usual little wheeled suitcases 56cm tall.
Thank you!

Just the two of you? The back seats go down. Although I don’t think you would need to. I used to pile mine up no problem.

Just the 2 of us, but want to make sure we can leave the suitcases in the car while exploring in the way to our next stop, but just had a panic that it might not work even just with handluggage

Are you talking about a vintage Fiat 500 or the new version? Cabin bags will fit no problem in the new models.
