Anyone used the new Thomas Cook?

Just wondering if anyone has used Thomas Cook since its been bought out? They seem to be the only company offering holidays to the specific hotel I want but not sure if the service is still good 
going to do a package holiday with tui flights so not too worried about that. Any advice would be appreciated!

I considered it, then read some reviews and they were appalling.
It's not a tour operator as it used to be, more a website selling hotels / flights.
