Easter one off holiday idea

We'd like to take our 3 adult (20's) children for a nice warm/hot holiday next Easter. One works in a school so tied to school holidays!!😢
We are thinking of Thailand maybe ?
I'd like some animal action as one loves animals nice food fun fir them not too crazy expensive when you are there?
Are there any other ideas? South Africa?
