I need to change the hotel we’ve booked for our holiday in November and I’m unable to do it online via their system as it says to call them.
I’ve spent 4 hours on hold to the contact centre today to be disconnected, I’ve contacted them via their WhatsApp, Facebook messenger and also the UK customer service email.
Any tips or recommendations!? I hate having things like this hanging over me and just want to confirm the change to another hotel available and be done with it!
