North Hampshire/ surrey /West Sussex hotel

Can anyone recommend a lovely hotel with good food ( spa a bonus) for an indulgent night away anywhere between Gatwick & Heathrow from coast up to M25 area .

Not New forest area.

South Lodge? Or their sister hotel PennyHill Park? South Lodge v lovely though.. great grounds, restaurants and spa.

Alexander House is lovely. As is south lodge and penny hill.

The spread eagle is ok but nothing fancy.

South Lodge is wonderful. I’ve not been to Penny Hill park but I’ve heard good things.
