Presthaven or Talacre Beach, North Wales are right by the beach. Near to Prestatyn and Rhyl. Depends really on what you like to do.

My kids love the have sea shore park just north of Great Yarmouth! The pool is brilliant, direct access to a huge sandy beach and tons of other stuff to do!
