Hi ineedapoo
We stayed at Les Bois Francs last July. When we returned I posted some details on the Tripadvisor forum which I will paste and copy here:

We were at Les Bois Francs from 23rd July to 30th and were lucky enough to be allocated a new 2 bedroom villa (number 745). It was advertised as a 2 bedroom Premier Villa (BF228). I think the new villas are numbered in the 700s, 800s and 900s. The accommodation was lovely and very clean with jacuzzi bath and LCD TV. The kitchen had a dishwasher and microwave/grill.
We have also stayed at De Vossermeren in Belgium (twice) and Longleat and Elveden in the UK. Although this villa was smaller than other 2 bedroom Premier/VIP villas that we have previously stayed in it was obviously far nicer due to its newness. The grounds of this Parc were generally overgrown and less well kept than others we have stayed at.
Whilst watching for one of my children to appear at the bottom of one of the waterslides I witnessed an adult guest have a very nasty accident as he flew off the end of the adjacent waterslide and collided with the wall. He clearly hurt his foot very badly and I was very disappointed in the respose of the Life Guard who did not have any first aid equipement at his disposal. The man hobbled to the Life Guard with a very deep gash and huge swelling on his foot which may well have been broken. It was some time before any other Life Guards arrived and blood was dripping from his foot. Other than providing a chair for the man to sit on and another to enable him to raise his foot, the only medical aid he was given was a tissue. Eventually a wheelchair was found and he was wheeled away. The pool of blood on the floor was mopped up with water and as far as I am aware the slide remained open for other guests to use. I was very unimpressed with the response of Center Parc's staff to this serious incident.
I agree with an earlire poster that the restaurants in the Dome were average at best and the service was very slow. The buffet restaurant offered the most unappetising selection of food that I have ever seen at any buffet anywhere.
However, on a more positive note the new Aqua Mundo facilities (which were only partly open when we were there) are amazing fun with new childrens and adults slides. If you can book one of the new villas (the larger ones are two storey) I would thoroughly recommend this CenterParcs.

Here is a linkt to the whole thread so that you can read other peoples comments too: Les Bois Francs CenterParcs discussion The thread has two pages.

Hope this helps.
