Anyone else finding this?
Have booked a holiday with them all online but need to make an amendment. Which is permitted according to their Tand Cs.
Cannot make the amendment on manage-my booking . Have been calling now since last week.
Initially phone would just cut off after a message. Now have been n a queue for over an hour!,,
It's really frustrating
