Bringing a buggy on Ryanair

This is my first time travelling with my baby. Can anyone advise me whether a buggy in 2 pieces counts as 1 item?
Also, do I just bring the buggy to the plane? I don't have to add equipment when I'm booking the flight do I?
Thanks in advance!

I've taken my yoyo on board as hand luggage. You just take it through.

For a pram going in the hold id put it in a buggy bag and shove a bunch of nappies in it too. Pretty sure there's an option to check it in as hold luggage at check in or take it to the gate.

Only counts as one item, you can check it in or bring to the gate. I think you get two pieces of equipment for an unfair, buggy and car seat.
