So very lucky to get 3 nights in Paris in august with DH and no DC, am trawling the Mr and Mrs Smith site but does anyone have recs? Not too fussed about area so long as it’s not too far out but a giant comfortable bed and a lovely little balcony and no children would be the priorities, up to £1K for the 3 nights

Only Juliette balconies at this one, but a lovely hotel in a great location.

Technically not an adults only hotel, but I don't think it caters well for children.

Thankyou will check them both out!

We've stayed at the Hotel des Grands Hommes in the 5th arondissement opposite the Pantheon. We had a balcony room on the 5th floor overlooking the Pantheon: sat there in the late afternoons with a glass of wine - it was fab! I think if we'd had a room on the floor above we could have seen across to Sacre Coeur. Lovely hotel, lovely staff, rooms not huge but it was a great experience and we're hoping to go back again in May.

Adele and Jules is my favourite Paris hotel - especially the rooms with a balcony. It's so lovely. Great service, cool bar, fab location. Can't recommend it enough en.hoteladelejules.com

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Therese, near Opera. Not sure there are balconies though.
