I am thinking about booking a trip to Limone on Lake Garda for me DH and DS4. Has anyone been?
If you have is it accessible to get to other places via ferry to explore?

Limone is lovely. You can catch the ferry to pretty much anywhere else on the lake from there. Sirmione, Malcesine and Riva are all beautiful.

It’s lovely. I stayed in Malcesine and you can do all of the towns really easily and cheaply by hopping on and off the boat. I love it there.

I like Riva or Malcesine more at that end of the lake.

Yes, you can get around, but the ferry takes a long time to get to the south end of the lake, bus will be more realistic for days out.

Tickets tend to be split between North and South part of the lake. You can buy day tickets for each. www.navigazionelaghi.it/doc/pdf/biglietti/garda/Passengers%20fares.pdf

It's not especially cheap.
