Summer 2023
All-inclusive
Good for kids ages 5-12
2-interconnected-bedroom accomodation available (i.e. not two separate rooms, but not all together in one room)
Caters for dietary requirements (2 of us are allergic to dairy)

I suppose it's the last requirement that I really need the recommendations for as we've never been on a holiday like this before and I don't want to blow that amount of money for my dh and dd to not be able to eat anything!

I would definitely recommend Voyage Belek Golf and Spa in Antalya, Turkey. Been many times and it would tick all your points especially food.

The Royal Dragon hotel in Side have us lacto free milk in our room when we asked.

The all inclusives I’ve been to in Turkey have all been good at catering for various requirements and had the chef speak to guests directly.

There are also quite a few that have a two bedroom set up. Love holidays is a good place to book at the moment I think as you get given the easyJet details separately so can go on and change/get quotes for changing flights yourself (amendment free) if you wanted to change and then love holidays will move your holiday dates for you if you let them know the new flight details. You can even move to different hostels and destinations if you want to!

This one is through Tui, but they often offer child free places, especially when booking far in advance. It would meet your requirements if you got a suite and has a lot for children. The sea there isn’t great for swimming though, it’s really choppy, so it depends if you want that or are happy with the pools.

There are lots of lovely hotels in Oludeniz area also, and there you can go down a lagoon area where the sea is warm and it is flat and safe to swim.

Take a look at the sensatori resorts by tui they have some great family rooms with the layout you need.

I know you said resort, but Have you thought about a Royal Caribbean cruise? Soo much for kids that age. Interconnecting rooms. Take food allergies etc really seriously. Choose one of their newer ships. Our kids loved cruising. Made loads of friends and would choose this holiday now they are in their 20’s!
