I have a TUI package holiday booked on the 2nd April to mainland Spain for a week.
Which forms do we need to fill in , will we need vaccination certificates?
Looked online , but just posting for traffic if anyone has recently come back and how easy / hard it is etc?
I haven't been abroad in years , am sadly a bit confused.

You need to fill in the Spanish Health Form within 48 hours of your departure and while you don't have to get hard copies of your vaccination certificates it makes scanning the QR codes off them much easier, so I'd recommend doing this. You need to order them at least a week before you go to give them time to arrive. On the way back, you have to do the UK Passenger Locator Form, also within 48 hours of your return flight. Again, you need to scan the QR code off your vaccination certificates. The rules, of course, may have changed by then, but that's what we did in Feb half-term.

Sorry , but can you fill them in online or do you have to order them ?

I've just come back from Tenerife, your nhs app has vaccination details it so check that they are all there. From this print out a copy and add to your smart phone wallet. You can do the Spanish form online, the tour operator should send you a link. The passenger locator form is done once returning from Spain - again online. Screen shot the QR code this was shown Spanish side when we checked our baggage in . The uk side see it online when they scan your passport.
