Holidays
France with teenagers/kids this summer

We're looking for recommendations for France for our holiday this summer for family of 5, including DS 14, 12 & 10. Self catering, lots of activities, pool plus near a beach or lake, preferably other kids around to socialise with.
Currently looking at static caravans/lodges on camping sites (larger versions) so there's plenty to keep the kids occupied on site or nearby. We'll be driving so also need a manageable distance from Calais or Le Havre area (6-8 hours would be ok).
Ideally I'd love the alps but DH wants hot & sunny weather & beach or lake nearby so a combination of all of these would be amazing as well as any recommendations for camping holidays beyond EuroCamp etc
Thank you!

Camping in France is great but have a look at Center Parcs. They're usually a lot cheaper than the UK and there's a couple not far from Paris so a trip to the city and /or Disney is doable. Not near the coast but most have a lake /water activities.

You might want to have a look at this thread:

Whilst Summer is some time away, rules change all the time and there are certainly mutterings in France about the passe sanitaire not being here for the long term, you really need to be aware of what the current restrictions are and how they might impact your plans depending on your vaccination status.

Camping Les Fontaines has a lot going to it. It’s at Lake Annecy which is 8 hours from Calais.
