How to beat the 'festive season over' blues?

I am feeling very January today. Back to work etc. Everything closed for winter, 2 toddlers blah blah blah. Anyone any hot tips on how to cheer the moment up?

I woke up feeling like you too so checked that a nearby zoo was open before I got their hopes up and so we're off to Banham Zoo for the afternoon. I doubt there'll be many people there as it's grey and miserable and hopefully it will lift my spirits (3 weeks with both kids off school/preschool and DH off work is kind of getting to me!!!
