We've booked a once-in-a-lifetime holiday with lastm1nute.com.
I got an email 3 weeks ago to say that one leg of our journey had been canceled.
I rang and an agent said they could change the flights. Didn't hear another word for 7 days. I Rang again and another agent said it would be escalated. Didn't hear a word. Tried again today and cannot get through - by using the Help button or with the phone number given.
I'm feeling quite stressed as this is a lot of money that potentially we will be losing if I can't get through.
Does anyone have any advice?
Or another way of contacting them?
