Tomorrows travel changes for fully vaccinated

As always, everything unclear. I’m returning back to uk next week after the changes - currently the passenger locator form needs a day 2 test reference but from tomorrow we don’t need a test. Do you think they will change the form?

Yes, don’t fill in form until 1-2 days before you travel. It would be invalid anyways, if done earlier.

I’m flying in Monday morning and will fill mine in on Sunday night.

I filled in mine on Thursday to return today (11 Feb @ 5.15am) after the rule change (4am).
The option to say that you are fully vaccinated and arriving after the rule change and so don't need to test was there.

As others have said you can't complete it until 48hrs before anyway.

Info for those travelling shortly- filled it out Tuesday afternoon for next day flight. Was a lot shorter with basic info required. They barely glanced at it although that could vary from location to location. The website was still a bit glitchy though so don’t worry, just try again and it worked ok the second time.
