Lone parent recommendations

Does anyone have any recommendations for my fussy children (and fussy me!)

Children are 5, 11 (ADHD and other SEN) and 12
Europe
Within 30min transfer from airport
Beachfront
Decent room to fit us all in (so big two are sharing a sofa bed)
Preferably All Inclusive
Somewhere where I won't be the only single parent (been to TUI Holiday Village before and I was so lonely)
Mark Warner has always been great but prices are triple what I paid in 2019.

I'm sorry it's a lot to ask but it's been a while since I've taken them solo.

PlayaSol Aqua Park and Spa Hotel have rooms with 3 single beds and a sofa bed. Exactly 30mins transfer from Almeria airport. It’s part of the Senator chain, which I’ve seen do special offers for single parent families.
Also have a look at Sol Lanzarote. Short transfer, large rooms and lots for the dc to do.

Jet2 have some hotels with single parent discounts, they were the first to support single parents travel, going back a few years now but they have always been great, you can find the hotels on their websites. I found their chat helpful as well.

I took ds to The Bay in Filey which was great if you don't want to go abroad, it had a pool, several places to eat, was 10 minutes from Filey town & 15 minutes from Bridlington South Beach. We had a 2 bed house.
