Anyone familiar with the Cadiz region ?

We're planning to escape the UK winter and go to Spain for a month. We will be working remotely but will go exploring at weekends (Jerez, Cadiz, White Villages etc). I have visited a lot of Southern Spain but less so in the South West corner so wondered if anyone had any recommendations for nice coastal or inland villages or towns to stay ?

Has no one been to that region ? Advice gratefully received

Seville is lovely.
Also you could head in the direction of Portugal and visit The Donana national park. Then if you want to keep going you could visit Ayamonte on the border.
Bit further west than Cadiz bit if you are there for a while you might have time

Cadiz itself it a fabulous city and the Gaditanos are famed for their party-living gregariousness.
The chiringuitos (beach bars) on neighbouring beaches are wonderful.
Conil is a pleasant beach resort with a charming centre.
Arcos de la Frontera and Vejer de la Frontera are atmospheric hill towns/ villages.
The photo is from Cadiz!

Thank you for the suggestions everyone. We've been to Seville and it's a wonderful city. The national park in Portugal sounds well worth a visit and we will definitely be going to Cadiz and Jerez.
That is very interesting about Conil as this is a place I shortlisted. Thanks also for the recommendations of Arcos and Vejer.
