Canaries in February

Has anyone been to the canaries recently? I’m thinking of going next month but wondering if covid means that there’ll be limited places to eat out?
Any feedback greatly appreciated!

We have just booked a week in Lanzarote in February too. Wondering the same, first holiday since COVID, really want it to go well.

We went to Lanzarote in February for a few years in a row. I'd say the weather was a bit mixed, but generally much warmer than the UK at this time of year.

Sorry - that'll teach me to skim-read the post 🙄 I've reported my post as you didn't ask about the weather 🙄

Just booked for March.
Been to Lanzarote in Feb before. It was warm enough to sit out and sunbathe. A bit windy but generally good weather. Not sure about how things are post covid, I guess we'll find out. The hotel I've booked says the spa is closed but I'm hoping that will change soon.

We were there in October (playa fanabe), everywhere pretty much running as usual though some with reduced capacity so worth making reservations if any you really want to visit especially if you go during half term when it will be busier. Wearing of masks indoors and crowded areas like the market was expected but only than that felt pretty much normal. Enjoy !

I was in Tenerife last week. They're at level 4 currently but you wouldn't know it! Lots open and seemed to be business as usual!

We went in February one year. It was disappointingly cool and cloudy with maximum temperatures of 18 degrees. The evenings were cold, and I'm glad the apartment had heating.
