Greek itinerary - April?

We're tentatively planning a Greece trip for the Easter hold (1 week). We've got 1 teen obsessed with Ancient Greece (hence the trio) and one teen not really interested in anything except water parks and gaming. We're thinking a few days in Athens, then a journey to take in other sites - Delphi, maybe Olympia, maybe Mycenae. I want our keen teen to see as much as they can, but am conscious that other teen is likely to be bored to tears. We did think about combining with a bit of island hopping, but I don't think the weather will make it worthwhile.

Any ideas of things we could a lot in for disinterested teen?? And any suggestions for itinerary?

How did you get on with your planning @EmmaStone? We've got a few days later in the year, also with teens, and I'm starting to look at things to do and maybe booking some tours or day trips from Athens.

Its a difficult one as the sites are so spread out but have you considered Rhodes? the old town has it all, you can get the Hydrofoil over to Turkey and see a few of the sites and do some shopping?
Or Cyprus as it should also tick all the boxes, especially if you can cross to the Turkish side
