Villa holiday in May for 2 adults

Hi I have a very rare week child free in May, I want to go and stay in a villa with my partner. Any suggestions please? Flying from London or Bristol, maximum 3 hour flight time. We haven't been on holiday for 8 years and that was in a hote in Menorca, i am absolutely clueless about villa holidays.

Do you want to book it as a package or as a separate flight and villa?
We tend to book separately but not everyone is comfortable with that especially at the moment.
