Now thinking about it, it doesn’t have to be Spain; just anywhere in Europe for a 4/7 day trip with 20 yr old Nephew who enjoys water spot/swimming etc?
Also looking at Skyscanner, the hotels do not really give the option for all inclusive. Would prefer that but it’s not essential.
