We want to take our 2 and almost 4yr old for a week away in April, being the last year we don't have to faff using school holiday dates we fancy something we couldn't afford once the eldest begins school.

They would love the water park at Splash Landings Hotel but its too far for us to travel.

We want to be within 3 hours max of home really (Chichester) but will consider slightly further afield

Does anything like this exist?

Splash landings is literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in it was awful, definitely don’t go. If it’s a water park you’re after have you tried centre Parcs?

Centre Parcs is the obvious choice.
Otherwise, you could go somewhere with a really good pool and then stay in a hotel near by. You could combine a trip to Coral Reef (nr Bracknell) with a trip to the Legoland (about 30 mins from Bracknell) and which has a splash park in the park and also has a pool and splash park in one of the hotels I think. The Windsor leisure centre (also close by) is also good for toddlers. None of them have an outdoor swim area (well, unless the one at Coral Reef has re-opened).

Center Parcs would be perfect for those ages. We used to go when we could go out of school holidays and it wasn't too bad price wise the price sky rockets in the holidays.

I've stayed there too and it was filthy. Food/ stains/ spillages everywhere. 4 years ago now.

It was more the water park area i was after not the actual hotel, last time I went it was when it was brand new so a long long time ago!

We have decided CP will do the trick so are going to book that. Thank you Smile
