We last went to Majorca puerto pollensa azul suite hotel on recommendation of you lovely mumsnetters! We loved it. Our Teenagers are now age 13 and 15. We are looking to go to Ibiza. After beautiful (insta-worthy) beaches Wink good for snorkelling and maybe paddleboard hire etc. Not bothered by cheesy hotel entertainment. Good pools and sun beds. Half board or AI. I would love a hotel on the beach or with a view. Any ideas? We have never been to Ibiza.

Ps a friend has recommended hotel occidental which is very reasonable but not on the beach. I guess being on the beach will increase the price

Look around Santa Eulalia, quite a few new hotels have opened in the last few years and the town, though a proper working town, has a beautiful marina (check out CBBC marina particularly their menu del dia for value), there are lots of great restaurants and bars. The beach here is manmade though and whilst nice isn't a favourite of mine.
There are watersports just up the coast at Cala Pads, think paddle boarding, jet skis etc. And 5 minutes further Cala Martina has a great dive school my husband uses.
If you want a beach then Cala Llonga is worth considering with Amante beach club round the corner, you don't get more "insta". You do need to book as the place is so popular. Cala Llonga lacks the town life however and eating out is more limited...lots of options, just a bit mixed. COVID has forced several shut but there are some nice options. Cala Llonga has a lot of self catering options too, which gives you beach access without the massive hotel prices.

The island isn't big so a car for a few days and you can see some amazing beaches across the island and a visit to Es Vedra look out is always worth it.

Sirenis Seaview Country Club is a great hotel for teenagers as it has some pretty decent waterslides, and the family rooms have two separate sleeping areas with a sliding partition.

Insotel Fenicia in Santa Eulalia is lovely. We went in 2016 and would love to go back!

Santa Eulalia is lovely but the beach is underwhelming. Cala Llonga is beautiful but quiet. Portanax is a good shout.
