Can I travel to Portugal from the UK and back without a covid test? Some of the online advice is from December the 1st but I'm not sure what the latest advice is. Thanks.

No, because Portugal requires a test for entry
You then have to book and pay for a day 2 test that you take when you return to the UK
The only test that you don't need now is the pre departure test from Portugal
