Arrival back to UK Tuesday, DPD sent a photo of delivery of the Chronomics day 2 PCR tests delivered on 31 December whilst away. However the photo of the delivery was just a picture of the external door to the apartment block.
Upon return on Tuesday, no tests to be found inside the building at all. Filled out a 'contact us' form for Chronomics but no response yet.
Another test will have to be sourced and taken by tomorrow but obviously it will have a different reference number to the one included on the plf.
Has anyone else experienced this?
