I would thoroughly recommend
the Rex Grenadian hotel. We have been twice and it is really really good. It is quite a laid back, chilled resort with a kids club on weekdays. 2 minute transfer from the hotel. Two lovely beaches, great food, lovely friendly people, well-managed hotel. Check out the reviews on TripAdvisor.com.

we are going for a week in walt disney world - one of their resorts and then a week at the rex grenadian. cant wait! glad its so lovely pestohohohomonster.

Hope you have a fab time Hertsnessex. I would think the Rex will be a nice antidote to the general mayhem that is Disney. The snorkelling is really good and I would recommend you walk down the beach to the Aquarium restaurant on Sunday afternoon as they have a live band. The food is good there too and the dcs can play in & out of the water too. A really good vibe.
