Safest bet companies for summer 22?

Just that really - desperately want to get somewhere abroad booked in for summer, but not sure which companies have the most reliable cancellation policies for covid.

Would welcome thoughts and experiences!

We'd be looking for all inclusive package deals and pretty open to locations - hot, ideally!

I have a holiday booked with Audley - should have been spring 2020, then was moved to 2021, now fingers crossed for 2022. They have been amazing throughout, kept us in the loop, moving it was no problem, they absorbed the year-on-year cost increases, we have lost no money at all, and feel really safe, secure and confident in their hands. We have a number of options even now - cancel for a full refund, push the trip to a later date, or transfer the budget to an alternative Audley destination if the one we have picked doesn't look like it will be open for tourists in time, or we have simply changed our minds in the long time between originally booking and travelling.

Audley are not cheap, and I don't know what they are like for family holidays. For context, DH and I have no kids and this was supposed to be our honeymoon so have splashed out on a special trip. All things considered I wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend them for a special trip. If I was having a week in Spain or Italy, I might resent to high prices however. They do have a no obligation consultation so you could enquire, get a quote, and not go ahead.

I can help with some companies not to use - Travel Republic, Airbnb, Holiday Extras.
Good friend had a decent service from On The Beach.
Heard Jet2 have been good but only on the grapevine so not certain.

We’ve had good service from TUI and Jet2 although latter was cancellation. We have been on holiday twice with TUI since the beginning of the pandemic with zero issues.

Weve just been on holiday with Crystal (the ski part of TUI). Rather impressed.... when it changed on the Thursday that brits couldn't fly into France, they had the flight rearranged to being into Spain (we were going to Andorra) within 24hrs. We flew on the Sunday!

We got full no quibble refunds from Jet2 and EasyJet. We booked package holidays with both companies.

Thank you for all these, very helpful. Does Tui have their own airline? I'm also wondering about a package via Emirates, perhaps, or BA?
