Child passport renewal

I am just renewing our children’s passports but I can’t find the address I am supposed to send the old ones to. I think it is probably late night blindness but can anyone help? Thank you

Have you applied yet? They send a personalised address connected to your application number

Yes I have applied and given references, paid fee but no personalised address yet!

Has the reference done their bit? It was after that I got send documents request.
