Family holiday abroad Sept-Dec 2022

Any recommendations for destinations? Will be 2 adults, 4yr old and 1yr old and want to fly from Liverpool with flight duration no longer than 3hrs. Good weather would be a huge plus but not sure how feasible that will be with that max travel time. Really want a hol abroad before eldest is in school as don't see how we'd ever afford school hol prices.

I'd go somewhere like Majorca or one of the Greek Island, in September - short flight time, lovely weather and lower prices than summer. We loved Puerto Pollensa in Majorca when ours were a similar age.
