After Christmas getaway

Just that really.
We like to go away for a few days after Christmas but this year we're stuck where to go.
We've done Dublin/Edinburgh and numerous golf and spas over the years. Any ideas for a family of 5 with grown up children?
Happy to fly somewhere... If we're still allowed by then
