Clap Sth to Canary Wharf - can I avoid stairs if I change at L Bridge?

I'm sure I've asked this before but I've searched and it must have been lost in chat

I need to take 2 LOs to Canary Wharf later this week and I'm too scared to drive [wuss emoticon]

If I change at London Bridge from the Northern line to Jubilee is it step free?

Not step free as far as I can remember - but there are lifts

Tube map showing step free stations - LB and CW are, Clapham South not.

Thanks

Clapham South has an escalator so I will be fine there
