Hi so we applied for a child renewal mid October online. After we submitted it, the wait changed to 10 weeks. We were advise to withdraw so sent a letter early November to bootle. We then booked a fast track appointment at Peterborough last week. Called up yesterday and our fast track has been downgraded to a standard and they are still awaiting the original docs from bootle. Various people on the phone have told us it’s 3 to 3 week wait. We are due to fly 15 December but need the passport before to book a fast track. We are now waiting a call back from the Peterborough office.
Can anyone else help? Obviously we will lose thousands for our holiday.
