Just quickly, I know how to lose weight sensibly and slowly etc but for whatever reason I want to turn to a bit of a quick fix in the month prior to my Christmas holiday to Dubai.
What would you do? can anyone recommends the best meal replacement shakes or similar? Something that will help me to get good results in a short space of time.
Please no mention of the dangers or downfalls of this - as I said, I wouldn't usually turn to a crash diet.
