Anyone been to Ragdale Hall recently?

We are due to go next month and Ragdale is saying face coverings are mandatory everywhere in the Hall, unless you're having a facial. This includes the spa.

Can anyone confirm whether this is actually being observed? It sounds pretty miserable. But we don't want to cancel if in fact guests are not all adhering to it.

Went a few weeks ago and yes, we did wear masks whilst walking around but not in the pools, whilst eating or during massage.

I'd cancel if that's the case. Its so bloomin hot in there I'd feel ill in a mask.

We aren't rebellious types, but we always find the hall quite stuffy. We won't relax if we have to wear masks everywhere.
