Loire - villa / with shared pool

Hello have scoured this board and Google for suggestions near Tours or Angers.
All the places recommended here have gone already for next summer
We need
A pool
Room for two adults two children
Games rooms or outside space
Possibility of other children to play with - mine are 11 and 9
Please help!!!

We stayed in one of the gites on this site a few years ago and had a fab holiday. The hosts are English and very welcoming. I’d recommend it.
