How are post-travel Day 2 LFD certicates used?

Recently got back from a holiday, bought day 2 tests with Randox. They arrived, we did the tests, and then it came to using their AWFUL Certifly app. Managed to get most certificates on the app, but one wouldn't appear having submitted it twice. Didn't get ANY e-mails for any of the successful ones.

Should I be concerned about the missing one? Will this certifcation be needed for future travel?

Nobody is knocking on our door telling us to qaurantince as a result! Just wondered how much faff it's worth. Needless to say been on on hold with Randox for a good while!

I didn’t even send off for mine, I still haven’t been arrested or shot!

They aren’t used. You don’t need them for anything, it’s just so you can demonstrate you ordered the tests, and took them. Keep the photo (with date stamp) on your phone just in case.

We got certificates last week.
Body has asked for them

Nobody I mean

Thanks, that’s what I was thinking. I won’t give it another thought. Obviously never did get through on the phone.

Seems like the “value add” in the certificate process doesn’t quite justify the £120, but the holiday was worth it.

Nobody checks. I once didn't even post my PCR (not my fault, damaged postbox and I was flying back that day). Never heard anything about it. LFT are even less controlled tbh.
