Virgin Atlantic, need to change my flights. Anyone done this recently?

Need to change flights in Dec from US to Heathrow. Been trying for 3 days to speak to someone at Virgin. Holding for 2 hours each time. Have used the Whatsapp service as well still no reply

Ive looked online and it mentions that the flexible systems means u can change free of charge etc but Im not sure that applies to my booking

Another 2 hours holding tonight, finally get through to someone to be told systems are down, cant advise without looking at my booking. Tweeted, reply can help on social media advise calling or WhatsApp. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh

I'm pretty sure you're able to rebook up until April 2023 with no fee, except to pay the difference in fare price.

Can you not check this online or try a dummy flight change yourself on manage my booking?

I haven't flown Virgin recently, but all the airlines I've used in the past 5-6 months have allowed me to move flights online or at least check how much it would cost me (usually nothing unless price difference).

I would do it online, not persist with the phone calls.

Try Twitter. I tweeted British Airways and sorted it all out over the chat function and you have a written record then of your dealings with them.

Sorry - I see you've done that. Looks like you'll just have to keep calling. Very annoying and inefficient!
