antigua - anyone ben?

Hello, Looking at possibly going to Antigua. Is it safe?

Do you think 2 weeks there is too much?

Looking for a relaxing holiday with water activities, boating etc etc

Late DH and I went a couple of times, very relaxing. Loved it.

Yes it’s lovely and amazing there, very safe. I travelled around as a solo woman.

I've been. It was beautiful. The only drawback was that while the beach outside the hotel was lovely, as soon as you sat down, people tried to sell you stuff constantly. I know it sounds a very minor, first world problem but it got to the point it became irritating.

St Lucia beaches weren't as nice but were private. (Not saying that's necessarily a good thing as it's ethically a bit dubious to ban people from beaches).
